The Better Mind Club by Shawni is a safe, supportive space offering books, digital courses, and coaching programs rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and my Transformational Mindset & Emotional Wellness Coaching method. It’s designed to help individuals, couples, parents, and families break free from limiting beliefs, manage stress, and create a life filled with clarity, confidence, and peace.
Who are these courses for?
My courses are designed for teens, adults, and couples seeking personal growth, healing, or emotional wellness. Whether you’re a teen navigating pressures, going through divorce, a parent raising children, or simply someone wanting to strengthen resilience and self-worth, there’s a course designed to meet you where you are.
Do I need prior experience with CBT or mindfulness?
Not at all! These courses are created to be beginner-friendly and practical. Everything is explained step by step in a supportive way. Whether you’re brand-new to self-help or already familiar with personal development, you’ll find tools you can apply to your daily life.
How are the courses structured?
Each course includes:
- Modules & Lessons – bite-sized, easy-to-follow sections.
- Interactive activities & exercises – practical ways to apply the tools.
- Journal prompts & reflections – to deepen your insights.
- Quizzes or assignments – to track your learning and progress.
- Supportive guidance – reminding you this is about progress, not perfection.
How much time should I expect to spend on a course?
On average, each 15-module course (with lessons, quizzes, and an assignment) takes about 25–35 hours total. However, these courses are self-paced, meaning you can go as slowly or as quickly as you’d like. Take your time—it’s about steady growth, not rushing.
Will this replace therapy or professional treatment?
No. While these tools are evidence-backed and rooted in CBT and mindfulness, they are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment. If you’re experiencing severe distress or mental health challenges, please seek guidance from a licensed healthcare provider.
What results can I expect?
These courses and tools have transformed my own life—helping me navigate divorce, single motherhood, and personal growth—and they have helped many of my clients and customers find healing, resilience, and confidence. That said, results vary depending on your circumstances, effort, and commitment. This is about progress, not perfection.
Do you offer refunds?
Because of the digital nature of these courses and coaching resources, all sales are final and non-refundable. This ensures fairness and protects the integrity of the material. Please be sure you are ready to commit before enrolling.
Will I get lifetime access to the course?
No, access to the course is limited to 90 days. This intentional timeframe is designed to encourage you to stay engaged, complete the lessons, and practice the tools at your pace consistently for the best results. Many people find that having a clear window of time helps them stay motivated and focused on their growth.
That said, during these 90 days, you’ll have full access to all lessons, practices, and resources, and you are encouraged to revisit them as often as you’d like within that period. The goal is to support you in truly applying what you learn, building momentum, and experiencing real transformation.
Can I take the course at my own pace?
Absolutely. These courses are self-paced and stress-free. You’re encouraged to move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, without pressure or deadlines.
What if I have questions during the course?
You’re not alone! Each course includes supportive resources, reflection prompts, and clear guidance. Some courses also offer access to community support or optional coaching for those who want extra encouragement.
Are these courses confidential?
Yes. Your journey is private. Unless you choose to share, your participation and responses in the course remain completely confidential.

I combine professional training as a Certified Life Coach and CBT Specialist with personal experience as a mother, a woman who has navigated divorce and single parenthood, and someone who has transformed her own life using these exact tools. Can I share my course with a friend or family member?
Each purchase is intended for one participant. If you’d like to share this experience with someone else, I kindly ask that they purchase their enrollment. This allows me to continue creating new content and providing ongoing support.
What if I don’t finish the course?
That’s okay! These courses are designed for progress over perfection. Even if you complete just a few lessons, you’ll walk away with tools you can apply immediately. And since you’ll have 90-day access, you can always return when you’re ready.
