Raised in Stockton, California, community and resilience shaped me early, but motherhood and adversity deepened my purpose. After surviving betrayal, emotional trauma, and rebuilding as a single parent, I learned something powerful: The greatest transformation happens when a woman heals her mind.

The tools I share are the same ones that helped me reclaim my voice, restore my peace, and rebuild my future as a woman, mother, and provider.
