Using my Transformational Mindset & Emotional Wellness Coaching approach, the course integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies and mindfulness practicesto help partners break free from unhelpful cycles, understand each other’s needs, and strengthen their emotional bond.
